Les articles doivent nous être retournés dans leur état d'origine, et sans avoir été portés.

Dès réception du retour, nous procèderons à votre remboursement dans les 48 heures et les sommes initialement versées, à l'exception des frais de port, seront recréditées dans les 48h.

EN : You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to return your purchases for a reimbursement if they are not of your liking.

The articles must be returned to us in their original state, and without having been worn.

Upon reception of the article, we will reimburse you within 48 hours and the amounts initially paid, with the exception of shipping costs, will be re-credited within 48 hours.

FR : Chaque pièce est faite à la main dans notre atelier, par conséquent un délai de 7 jours de confection est nécessaire.

L'envoi postal se fait sous 2 à 3 jours ouvrables.

EN : Each piece is handmade in our workshop, therefore a 7-day manufacturing period is necessary.

Shipping is done within 2 to 3 working days.
